1) Do we need a lot of space to use B-BOARD® in our fitness room?
Same size as a yoga mat! We recommend to set up your B-BOARD® in a 9ft square.
2) Is B-BOARD® easy to inflate?
Yes! you will inflate your B-BOARD® with a High Pressure hand pump (great for your warm up). It will take less than 2 minutes to inflate it.
3) Do we need to deflate our B-BOARD® after each class?
Not necessary! You can keep your B-BOARD® inflated, stored against a wall (safe with the square tail). Your B-BOARD® will be ready for the next classes! Ready to go! Of course, if you need to deflate your B-BOARD®, it will take only 30 seconds to do it. Really convenient!
4) Is B-BOARD® designed for all ages?
